Changes to Booking
If you wish to modify your booking instead of canceling, please contact us as early as possible to info@azurevistas.com. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
No-Show Policy
If the client fails to show up or does not notify us of the cancellation, the booking will be considered a “no-show,” and no refund will be issued. The deposit for the rent of the villa is 30% of the total rental amount.
Cancellation Terms
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 6 months before the check-in date will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made at least 90 days before the check-in date will receive a refund of 50% of the charged amount.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 90 days before check-in are non-refundable.
- Early Departure: If you need to leave earlier than the scheduled check-out date, no refund will be issued for the remaining days.
- Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions), we will evaluate refund or rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
